Part 1- Candidate Information and Account Set up

Phone Number (required)	for Political Gateway to contact Campaign or person filling out this form.
Important: Your email will be verified by sending a registration letter. You cannot login without the validation code in that email. This is to help us make sure of who you are and to help secure the site from unwanted intrusions. We understand you may be wary about giving your email address out to anyone, but to verify your candidacy so you can use the site it is necessary.
Email (required) (for contact and incase of lost password help)	for Political Gateway to contact Campaign or person filling out this form.
Repeat Email (required)	To insure your email is correct so we can send a verification letter.
Important: You will receive a validation letter at the email above when approved. You must follow the instructions or your account will be deleted in less than 24 hours for security purposes.
Make up a Username (required) used to login to your account	(6 to 16 characters) no spaces, just letters and numbers (you can use your email)
Make up a Password (required) used to login to your account	(6 to 16 characters) no spaces, just letters and numbers

Part 2- Election Setup
Improperly filling out this section may mean a delay in placing you in the proper race/election. It is very important that you pay attention to detail in this section and the next. Please read the instructions and fill the next two sections out as best as you can!
Select Year (required)	the actual year the election takes place.
Select Type of Election (required)	General Election ( Offices elected at the same time as the Presidential or Gubernatorial elections in your state.. Generally the Primaries and General Election are in Sept. and Nov.) Local Election (Elections not held the same day as the "general elections", usually city elections) Special Election (Recall races, replacement due to death or resignation, etc..races not General or local)
Select Election Level (required) National = (US President) State Wide = District covers all counties and cities in the state. Multi County = State office that covers one or more counties but not all County Wide = County office covering all cities in the county. Multi city = County Office that is not Countywide City = If a city election only.	National (example US President) State Wide (example- Governor, Senator) State/Multi County (example Congress, Legislature) County Wide County/Multi City City (County is equal to Parish or other county like area that is normal in your state. If not sure take your best guess and Political Gateway will contact you to clear up any confusion)
